Jeff, Richard and Franklen from Red Carpet Moving Company came to our newly constructed home to deliver several pieces of furniture and we were so impressed with their service and professionalism. We have stairs with tight corners and they were extremely careful with each piece. We had one obnoxiously large and heavy piece to squeeze through a very tight corner and when they accidentally scratched the wall, they immediately reported it to me and had their “wall medic” come over the next day to repair it, and it was as good as new. Jeff, Richard and Franklen came prepared with shoe covers and were respectful of our new space, ensuring they kept it as clean as when they arrived. And, despite all of our stairs, heavy pieces, and an end of the day delivery, they had smiles on their faces the entire time and were extremely personable. They were fun to chat with and not intimidating, unlike other moving companies I have worked with. I would absolutely work with Red Carpet Moving Company again and highly recommend them!!!

I had a house pack done today- and a special crew take apart my car infrared sauna- they all did such a great job- every one of them so personable and fast but careful and considerate.Tomrrow is move day - and I know I’m in good hands and will get the same care I got today on my house pack! Thank you! ☺️Red Carpet delivered for us 2x - mattress delivery and foundation & frame delivery. Both times they were early/on time - which is fantastic! Jeff 2x, Diamante, and Franklin were friendly, helpful, and completed the deliveries quickly. Our stairwell is a little tight on the switchback and the underside of mattress got caught & ripped as they turned a corner but hopefully it will be handled appropriately by either Red Carpet or Saatva. 🙏🏻

I recently had some king size beds and mattresses delivered by Red Carpet Moving Company. I am deeply impressed by their quality of service. A week before delivery they called to schedule a delivery date. From there they kept me informed and checked in every day to ensure I was ready. When I had to change the delivery date at a last minute notice due to scheduling conflict, they rescheduled without making me feel bad.On the day when the furniture la arrived, the delivery team including the installation technician Franklin were so impressive too. They were full of smiles, polite but at the same time super professional and efficient. They moved quickly and neatly to install my beds, clean up the work space and finally took away all the boxes and debris as if they were never here.It was a true Red Carpet experience. We have extensive experience with movers in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, and twice living in Las Vegas, NV. I even worked for a major moving company doing government moves in DC in the mid-60s. So my wife and I have had extensive experience with moving companies locally and nationwide.Today Jeff and Richard delivered a new Mattress with frames that raise and lower the head or feet. They were neatly dressed in their company's uniform, well-groomed, and prepared to use booties which we advised them against due to crossing slick marble flooring. They were very professional and amiable young men who obviously enjoyed their jobs and were proficient at them. They were courteous and cared for our home while carrying things through it.The design of the bed frames had changed from what they were used to assembling but they quickly found complete information with photos using their cell phone and were able to forge forward completing the assembly of those powered bedframes.They cheerfully carried out all the packing debris, our old very heavy latex mattress, and box screens, along with the packing boxes they had delivered.Jeff and Richard worked smoothly with no wasted time or movements and throughout with great smiles making us feel as if they were long-time friends. I cannot recall another such delivery conducted with such professionalism, attention to detail, courteous manners, and as competently as Jeff and Richard did representing Red Carpet Movers here in Las Vegas, Nv.We would unequivocably recommend Red Carpet Movers for your next moving job.David B. From the minute they showed up we knew we had hired the right company. They were efficient and professional. They also had a "we can do that" attitude, which these days is hard to find. It was honestly the best move we have had and were so glad we had hired them. They were faster than we had anticipated and made moving look easy. My wife and I have moved numerous times over the years, locally and across the country. So, when they say that moving/relocating is among the top three most stressful life events, we cannot agree more.This was a local move but we underestimated the challenge. We ran out of time and needed help packing. Stairs were involved and we had some extremely heavy, bulky pieces including an elliptical, a treadmill and an oversized desk. While we did pare down a bit in preparation of the move, the four bedrooms, garage, and all closets were still pretty full. We needed to have some items delivered to our self-storage unit because we were transitioning from 2,400 sq ft. to 1,700 sq ft. (Did I mention we were stressed?)We obtained three estimates and while Red Carpet Moving Co. was not the least expensive, their attention to detail, professionalism, and volume of positive online reviews won our business. They planned out the logistics of the move really well and put us at ease (to the degree that could happen) that we, and our worldly belongings, were in good hands.The crew that handled our move was excellent. Professional, caring, detailed, organized, thorough, etc. I could go on and on. As a paralyzed vet it was very difficult to pack, organize, and move a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. My Mom and did everything we could to make things easier on the movers but when Red Carpet showed up they truly helped us in so many ways. I'll be moving again in the next year or two and I will 110% be using these guys again. If you're reading this and wondering who to use... look no further. You will not find anyone better.

Jon's crew was amazing with our recent complicated move. Amy and Jorden and the logistics crew had multiple stops and an art crating firm lined up for us and were amazingly accommodating when we needed to change dates with a week's notice.The day of the first stop on the move, Chevy and Matt picked up some furniture from Henderson, then drove to Felton, CA and handled the second stop the next day (a rush trip to avoid horrible rains in that part of California). They handled the steep driveway and stairs with grace and skill, pulling out of the driveway just before another downpour. The next day they took care of the Art stop, followed by two days of nasty weather driving, getting stuck in Tehachapi due to snow, they really went above and beyond for us.Final day and moving in back in Henderson Matt and Chevy continued their hard work, carefully handling each piece and unloading the truck efficiently. Each piece of art was skillfully uncrated and carried in to the house, furniture placed and boxes delivered. The guys kept a great attitude the whole time, even when faced with an unexpected irate neighbor. Everything was cleaned up and the truck pulled away with everything in order. They made what could have been a stressful event seem fun. If I was starting a moving company, I'd want to hire these guys!If you're contemplating a move, you won't be disappointed with Red Carpet!

Our actual moving day was miserably hot yet the guys hustled and were cheerful, personable, and communicative the whole time. I was impressed with the speed in which they packed our old house and moved everything into the correct room in the new, and both houses were in great condition - no damage at all, aNd so far everything we unpacked has been in-tact. The team that packed boxes and furniture from my old house (lead by Raul) and the team that unpacked the truck at my new house were simply wonderful. They were fast, careful and professional. Getting the dates booked and leading up to the move was very efficient, with great communication about dates and a visit to the house a week before to verify all of the details. At every step from the first phone conversation to the team leaving my new house with an empty truck, I was very happy with the service and especially with the individuals who did the move for me. For once, everything fell into place. After securing a moving time with only 48 hours notice, Red Carpet sent 3 young strong men to survey my job, pack up my stuff, and move it out. Even though I was not moving very far away, the move went smoothly with everything arriving at my new location shortly after, with everything in tact, nothing damaged, and all at reasonable rate. I was referred to red carpet moving by my realtor in Henderson Nevada because we were bringing a U-Haul truck full of furniture up to move into our new home. When I called, the staff was helpful and responsive and quickly gave me an estimate based on my description of our moving truck and contents.They checked in with me several days prior to our arrival to make sure that everything was on track and showed up on time and ready to go. I have moved 11 times in the last 13 years and so I've hired plenty of movers. Red Carpet is by far the best I've ever used. First of all, their prices are extremely reasonable for all the work they do. Most importantly they are very very careful with all your stuff. I had seven guys and three big trucks moving me this last time and every single one of those guys worked their butts off. They were fantastic and also very pleasant and friendly. They never complained, they never busted anything of mine and they moved some really really heavy stuff up and down three flights of stairs. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will never use any other company again but red carpet. They are fantastic!!!
