Our team looks for:

- Manufacturer defects or mismatched parts
- Order discrepancies such as wrong color, size, or quantity
Once the visual inspection is complete, we take multiple high-resolution photographs of each item from various angles. These photos are then uploaded into our secure inventory management system, where they are cataloged alongside the product description and barcode ID.
Best of all, these images and inspection notes are shared in real-time with the interior designer and/or homeowner.
This ensures full transparency and provides peace of mind, especially for out-of-state clients or remote project managers.
If an item passes inspection and is deemed in pristine condition, it is:
- Rewrapped and repackaged with care
- Labeled with a barcode that links to its warehouse storage location
- Stored securely in our climate-controlled warehouse until the designer requests delivery
If any damage is detected, we notify the designer immediately and assist with documentation that can be used to file a claim or request a replacement. Our system ensures that nothing slips through the cracks — no guesswork, no surprises.
